Our Order Process

All of our team wear is high quality bespoke kit, designed and manufactured specifically for you from the start.
Therefore, we work extremely hard to give you exactly what you want, in your style and your exact colours.

Our order process usually takes 6-7 weeks from initial confirmation of order.

Initially, most clubs use the kit designer to get some idea of what they are after.
We will work with you to change things before the order is placed.

 Stage 1
We take your order and work out designs that are suitable for your needs.

Stage 2
The artwork is confirmed with the club.  This includes all sizes, sponsors artwork, club logos and the kit designs themselves.  Please note that the longer this stage takes, the longer the delay on the final delivery of the kit.  Our experience shows that delays due to confirmation with other club members and your sponsors can seriously affect your delivery date.  Be prepared up front with all artwork or have us 'fast-track' your artwork to expediate your order!

Stage 3
We start manufacture of your kit to your specifications.  This process usually takes around 6-7 weeks.

Stage 4
Your kit is double checked and delivered to you.

Club Quotes
"It was nice to deal with a local company, meeting face to face to discuss the kit we had designed on the very easy to use online kit designer. We were very impressed with the options available and the quality of our bespoke 1st XV kit, so much so that not only have we used top2inches again this year, but we also now have their range of polo shirts, hoodies and pre-game training tops." -- John Ormsby, Chairman, Dunlop RFC
